Teresa Frost joined National Investors Title Insurance Company in 2010 as the Texas state agency manager and was promoted to President – Texas Market in 2017. She holds the Certified Title Insurance Associate designation and is a frequent seminar instructor for the Texas Land Title Association and was recognized as Texas Title Person of the Year by the Texas Land Title Association in 2014. She credits her long career in the title industry to learning the business from the ground up, perseverance, and the red pen of her attorney employer. A Texas native, Ms. Frost began her title insurance career in 1977 researching abstracts of title in South Texas. Ms. Frost studied journalism and business at Community College and Lamar University.

Cully Lipsey was born in Houston and reared in the West Texas town of Van Horn. He is the Legal Counsel for University Title Company and has practiced law with the firm of Hoelscher, Lipsey, Elmore & Poole since 1976. Cully was selected as a member of the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law. He presently serves on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Real Estate Exam Commission. Cully is a graduate of Baylor University and the Baylor University School of Law. Cully is member of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar and the Real Estate, Trust and Probate Section of the State Bar. He has been active in civic affairs in leadership roles with MSC Opera and Performing Arts Society, First United Methodist Church of Bryan, Bryan Education Foundation, Little League, school PTO groups, and school and city committees and boards. Cully currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Baylor Alumni Association.

Heath C. Poole has been a practicing attorney for over 18 years. Heath has represented a variety of clients over a wide-ranging array of practice areas. He has represented individuals and corporations with business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, civil litigation, oil and gas transaction and litigation, civil appeals, probate matters and criminal defense. Heath graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a B.B.A. in Management and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000.
Heath is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Brazos County Bar Association – Past President and is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Heath is married to Kelli B. Poole. Kelli and Heath have two sons, Cole Poole and Houston. He and Kelli are members of Central Baptist Church. He has served the community in various capacities during the 18 years living in Bryan/College Station. He is currently serving on the board of directors for “Junction 505” and “Health For All” and he has also served on the board of directors for the Brazos Valley Children’s Museum and the Junior League of Bryan-College Station’s Citizens Advisory Council.
