Celia Goode-Haddock is a native of Bryan/College Station and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1972. She is majority stockholder, director and President/CEO of University Title Company where she has worked since its inception in 1973. Celia has handled all positions within the company since it began as a two-person operation. Today she oversees the operation with specific focus on administration and marketing. She is actively involved in charitable, community and industry organizations both locally and statewide. In 1996 she received Leadership Brazos Alumni Assn Award for Service to the Association and in 2001 for Service to the Community, in 1998 Rotary International District 5920 Jean Harris Award, in 1999 was selected as one of the “Women Who Make A Difference” by the Brazos County Prenatal Clinic, and in 2000 was chosen as a “Woman of Distinction” by Girl Scouts Bluebonnet Council. In 2001 the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce presented her the Citizen of the Year Award. She was presented a Volunteer Award by the African American National Heritage Society in 2002. In 2004 she received the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce Community Impact Award. In 2005 she was presented the Rotary International Centennial Service Award for Professional Excellence by Rotary 5210 District Governor Enken Linton, and she was named a 2009 Outstanding Alumni honoree for the College of Education and Human Development, Texas A&M University. She serves as a board member of the Texas A&M University Private Enterprise Research Center and Texas Land Title Association. She served as Past-Chairman of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, Past-Chairman of The Real Estate Research Center Advisory Board at Texas A&M University and as Past-Chairman of the Research Valley Partnership Board, which is the economic development organization for the Brazos Valley. Celia was honored as an Outstanding Alumni of Texas A&M University’s College of Education and Human Development and with the Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity Bubba Moore Lifetime Achievement Award. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Business.

Michael R. Hoelscher is a shareholder, officer, and director of University Title Company. He has been involved in various aspects of the title business for over twenty-five years. Mike attended Baylor University and obtained a J.D. degree from the Baylor University Law School in 1972. In addition, he is a shareholder in the law firm of Hoelscher, Lipsey, & Elmore, P.C. in College Station, Texas, where his practice includes civil litigation, probate, business, and real estate law. He has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1988. He is a former President of the Brazos County Bar Association and has served on the boards of numerous local civic organizations.

Cully Lipsey was born in Houston and reared in the West Texas town of Van Horn. He is a shareholder, Secretary/Treasurer and director in University Title Company and has practiced law with the firm of Hoelscher, Lipsey, & Elmore since 1976. Cully was selected as a member of the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, and Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law. He presently serves on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Real Estate Exam Commission. Cully is a graduate of Baylor University and the Baylor University School of Law. Cully is member of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar and the Real Estate, Trust and Probate Section of the State Bar. He has been active in civic affairs in leadership roles with MSC Opera and Performing Arts Society, First United Methodist Church of Bryan, Bryan Education Foundation, Little League, school PTO groups, and school and city committees and boards.
