“University Title met and exceeded our expectations.  We used University Title based on our real estate agent’s recommendation.  We are so glad we did.  We had some trouble with closing due to our buyer’s financing.  We were ready to close and the buyers were not.  We were buying a house at the same time we were selling.  University Title employees stayed late one evening waiting for our buyer’s bank to send the necessary documents.  University Title communicated very clearly to us the status of our closing.  They worked very hard to get it done on time.  They squeezed us in to get the papers signed on the originally scheduled closing date despite all of the set backs we experienced.  It was obvious that our closing was very important to University Title.  It was so important to us and we appreciate them treating it with urgency.
