Abstractor's Certificate (non-promulgated form - no liability)
A chronological list of all matters filed for record against a particular piece of property from a specified date to present, including items indexed against a particular named party (usually parties appearing as record owners, unless additional names are specified at the time the order is received). There is a charge for this form, and an invoice will accompany its delivery.

Foreclosure Certificate (non-promulgated form - no liability)
Used by lenders prior to foreclosure to determine the status of title. All matters filed for record from the date and filing of a particular lien which would affect, or appear to affect, the validity or priority of the lien. There is a charge for this form, and an invoice will accompany its delivery.

Title Report (non-promulgated form - no liability)
This report is an examined report in written form, pertaining to a specific piece of property. Although containing the same information shown in a title commitment for title insurance, the company has no obligation to issue a policy or subsequent commitment pursuant to same. There is a charge for this form, and an invoice will accompany its delivery.

Nothing Further Certificate

A term utilized by banks requesting the title company to certify that "Nothing Further" has transpired since their last policy date that would affect the priority of their lien. The charge for this will be determined based on whether the request is for a list of everything filed or merely the status of title. An invoice will accompany its delivery.

Lien Search

A report showing only ownership and liens of record. There is a charge for this form, and an invoice will accompany its delivery.

Commitment for Title Insurance

The Commitment for Title Insurance is issued when the company can expect that a policy of title insurance will be issued pursuant thereto. There is no charge for this form in Texas except for the issuance of commitments to FDIC.
