History Report

University Title performs in-depth searches of all documents pertaining to the history of the particular real estate, including those records dating back to the original land grant. This qualified information is obtained to identify the legal owner, as well as any outstanding claims, liens, easements, or leases against the property. Records examined include deeds, mortgages, wills, divorce decrees, court judgments, tax records, liens, encumbrances and maps.
