I just wanted to tell you about some excellent customer service I have received from Sarah Lang. First I want to tell you that Mireya has been out all week and I have been processing and closing files, which I have not done in years. So that being said I have needed a lot of help. I have a home equity file that has had some issues and Sarah has gone above and beyond what I would consider her job to help resolve these issues and get the file closed. She responds to my emails quickly and even called me to confirm I received an important document that I requested. One instance I was working from home after 5 and needed a document emailed to me at home and she was still working and sent it to me. I am sure this is not uncommon at UTC, but considering it has been forever since I have had to communicate this much with closers I wanted to make sure you knew how impressed and thankful I am that Sarah is helping me.
