Closing Tracker

Closing Tracker is a web-based transaction management platform that keeps clients informed about their real estate transaction.  When University Title Company is provided with the customer's email address, Closing Tracker assigns a user name and password to the customer.  Closing Tracker also begins communicating with the client via email to alert the client of updates to the transaction, including when the transaction is assigned to a closing team, when the closing team member is assigned, including contact information for the team member, when the survey is reviewed and approved, when the closing is scheduled and when funding occurs.

Closing Tracker also serves as a closing document repository.  Clients may access their contract, title commitment, survey or settlement statement, even after the transaction has closed in Closing Tracker.  Additional documents related to the transaction may also be available.  In addition, transaction participants may email each other in Closing Tracker or email documents to other parties within the website.  Log on to Closing Tracker at:

Please expect Closing Tracker emails to inform you of these To-Do Items:

You have been added as a participant to a real estate transaction.
Assigned to the Closer's team.
Team Contact, including the team member's contact information.
Survey reviewed/approved.
Closing Scheduled.
File Funded.

Please expect Closing Tracker emails to inform you of these documents when they become available:

Contract.
Title Commitment.
Survey.
Settlement Statement (or HUD-1).

You are welcome to control the type of emails you get from Closing Tracker by logging in, clicking Manage My Email Notifications (located near the right, top section of the webpage) and selecting which emails you prefer to receive.
